Atlanta, GA – December 29, 2025 - Heartbeats & Hands 540 (HH540), a nonprofit organization committed to uniting and inspiring individuals to be the change they want to see in the world, proudly reflects on a year of meaningful growth and service in 2025. Throughout the year, HH540 supported five community programs , mobilized 33 volunteers , and contributed a total of 111.5 volunteer hours in service to individuals and families across metro Atlanta.
