About Cole’s Initiative
Cole’s Initiative is a cornerstone program under Heartbeats & Hands 540, dedicated to supporting the wellbeing and development of youth. By partnering with foster care agencies and youth educational programs, we plan to distribute "I Graduated, Now What?" to equip the next generation with tools for financial success and independence. Our goal this year is to distribute 250 copies of this essential guide to charter schools, foster care agencies, and youth-serving organizations throughout Georgia.
